Long Term Care Facility

Our employees take pride in the fact that we offer a small "home like" atmosphere in our 32 bed Long Term Care Facility. Because of our size, we are able of provide individualized care to each and every resident.

We also work closely with the residents and their families to provide the best possible quality care that they deserve.

Friends and family are encouraged to visit at any time and also take the residents on visits or day trips outside the facility.

Activities offered to the residents of Long Term Care include: Yoga, Bingo, Movies, Current Events, Hymn Prayer and Church, Square Dancing, Memory Books, Baking, Crafts and many more

Crook County Medical Services District Long Term Care is Medicare/Medicaid and V.A. certified.
