 Welcome to Crook County Medical Services District. The district consists of a hospital and clinic located in Sundance, WY as well as clinics located in Moorcroft and Hulett. We also provide a long term care facility attached to the hospital in Sundance.

Our mission  A healthy county through an affordable, convenient and quality health service.

It is our responsibility to improve the total health of the communities we serve through educational and wellness programs. It is also our intention to work in conjunction with other health care providers outside the county to enhance our capabilities to provide the best primary health care services possible.
